The Business Committee is the Legislative Branch of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe. The Business Committee is made up of six members elected by the General Council. They oversee the business enterprises of the Tribe thru the respective Board of Directors. In addition to their legislative responsibilities they are responsible for strategic planning, economic development, and overseeing all committees of the Tribe.
