The Eastern Shawnee Human Resources department handles any people-related concerns and needs that arise within our organization. They manage recruiting, hiring and firing, onboarding new hires, administering compensation, analyzing performance, and managing the orientation process. When problems arise between employees, human resources may assist in the resolution process. HR team members also maintain detailed employee records for legal purposes.
Our Benefits department is integral part of the Tribe's HR department. They are responsible for managing and administering a company's employee benefit and compensation programs, from retirement plans and health insurance to life insurance and beyond.
