Gaming Commission

A tribal gaming commission is an arm of the tribal government established for the exclusive purpose of regulating and monitoring gaming on behalf of the tribe.

The Eastern Shawnee Gaming Commission Office is in place to protect the integrity of gaming.

In a joint effort with the National Indian Gaming Commission, the Eastern Shawnee Gaming Commission enforces the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act of 1988, the Tribal-State Compact, the Eastern Shawnee Tribal Gaming Code and Regulations.
